These QLF products are designed to condition the ration by coating all of the components of a TMR. By reducing the physical separation of the ration when mixing and feeding, this helps to deliver a consistent product to your stock. In addition this coating will also reduce ration sorting, ensuring that each mouthful a cow consumes contains the same proportion of each ingredient of the designed diet.
The QLF Allstock range is, as the name suggests suitable for “all stock.” As well as providing a physical coating benefit, they also give a nutritional benefit from additional sugar. As such these products will enhance palatability, helping to maintain intakes when poorly fermented forages or unpalatable ingredients are included in the ration. QLF Allstock will also help to ease in changes to ration components.

All feed rates must be approved by your QLF merchant or representative as they will be dependant on your ration and livestock being fed. Feed rates shown in the table below are typical rates for indication only.

The product should be introduced gradually to acclimatise the rumen, typically in the first 1-3 days, 15% of target feed rate should be included. This should then increase to 40% (target feed rate) for days 4-6, 70% for days 7-9 and 100% after 10 days. Please confirm with your QLF Merchant or representative.
The Allstock Sweet & Allstock Elite is available from 1000l IBC’s , 5 tonne bulk up to 27 tonne bulk loads and the other 2 products available from 5 tonne bulk to 27 tonne bulk loads. typically have a 3 month use by date. Product delivery is normally on QLF Articulated vehicles though short articulated vehicles are available on request.
