Feeding a liquid with a high sugar content provides an economical source of carbohydrate and aids the optimal balance of types required by the cow. QLF liquids provide a quick energy source to rumen microbes in the form of ‘6 – carbon’ sugars, which helps to improves fibre digestion, thereby increasing microbial protein production.
The Dairy SugR 41 combines these ‘6 – carbon’ sugars with and vitamins and minerals to aid rumen function; the ‘Simply Sugar’ product offers a good, simple sugar source.
Dairy SugR 41
The Dairy SugR 41 sets the benchmark for QLF’s premium, high sugar liquid feeds. QLF’s Dairy SugR product contain ‘dual sugars’ – a combination of sucrose along with vitamins and minerals, all of which is designed to aid rumen function.

The product should be introduced gradually to acclimatise the rumen, typically in the first 1-3 days, 30% of target feed rate should be included. This should then increase to 60% (target feed rate) for days 4-6, 90% for days 7-9 and 100% after 10 days. Please confirm with your QLF Merchant or representative.
The QLF Dairy SugR product is available from 1000L upto 27 tonne bulk loads All products within this range typically have a 3 month use by date. Product delivery is normally on QLF Articulated vehicles though short articulated vehicles are available on request. QLF ‘Simply Sugar’ Range
These products offer simple, high sugar liquid supplements. Within these products, sucrose is the main sugar source which is combined with lactose in the higher energy liquids to further increase energy levels.
